William Richmond, a ghostly figure and leader of the Order of House Crystalia, appears to aid Selia and Leo. He explains that the distress signal was not sent for rescue but as a warning of a potential stampede and a new Void Lord gathering energy in the city's power plant.

Later, Arle Kirlesio is introduced—a skilled elven swordswoman who initially attacks the Seventh Stormgarden's reconnaissance team. After a tense encounter, they realize she is not an enemy. Arle reveals her mission to defeat the goddess, referencing a forgotten legend from a thousand years ago.

The team regroups to confront the threat posed by the Void Lord. They plan to investigate the power plant and gather evidence to convince others of the impending danger.
