The episode begins with an important revelation about Regina Ray O'ltriese's past. Born as a royal princess during the emergence of the Scarlet Calamity, an ominous star, she was sentenced to death by royal decree. However, Duke Crystalia intervened, and his son, Lord Edward, secretly raised her as a servant to his daughter without revealing her identity.

Regina learns that her sister, Princess Altiria, is being held hostage by a group of demi-humans aboard a ship. She teams up with Leo to rescue the princess. They discover that the ship's controls are locked and that the princess has been separated from her carbuncle, a source spirit essential for steering the vessel.

Selia and a holy swordsman engage in battle against the demi-humans and the Voids, monstrous creatures. Leo lends his strength to the fight. Selia and the others protect the civilians and deal with the Voids.
