Sengoku Youko - Episode 2

In the second episode of "Sengoku Youko," the story continues with Tama and Shinsuke. They are accompanied by Jinka, who impresses Shinsuke with his endurance and strength. It turns out that Jinka is a student of Kokugetsusai, a famous Sendou known as the Phoenix Slayer.

The group encounters two monks, Inga and Ouhou, who provide information about Shakugan, a spiritually enhanced human created by the Dangaisyuu main temple. Shakugan, originally a human with spiritual potential, was turned into an experimental supersoldier. However, during deployment, she lost her mind, fled, and eventually attacked her own village.

Shinsuke, who comes from a farming family, expresses his frustration with the samurai and monks who mistreat the farmers. Tama and Jinka decide to take responsibility for Shakugan despite the monks' reservations. Jinka plans to confront Shakugan with enough force to overpower her.

When the confrontation occurs, Jinka uses a powerful technique he learned from Kokugetsusai to fight Shakugan. Despite her strength, Shakugan is ultimately overpowered by Jinka. The monks attempt to take Shakugan away, but Jinka and Tama intervene, insisting on holding the Dangaisyuu accountable for their actions.

Tama demands to be taken to the Dangaisyuu main temple to confront them about their experiments. Inga warns them that if they proceed, they will face the full might of the Dangaisyuu.

Meanwhile, Shakugan wakes up and no longer remembers what she did during her rampage. She recalls being kidnapped by a monk named Yazen for an experiment. Tama and Jinka decide to take Shakugan to the Dangaisyuu temple to confront the monks about their inhumane experiments.

The episode ends with Jinka, Tama, Shinsuke, and Shakugan planning to approach the Dangaisyuu temple. They intend to warn the monks against continuing their experiments and scare them rather than harm them. Jinka prepares for the upcoming confrontation.
