In the season finale of "Shangri-La Frontier," the story revolves around Sunraku's remarkable acquisition of rare materials and his interaction with Bilac and Aramiys, a flamboyant swordsman from Cazzeria. Sunraku surprises Bilac with a collection of rare gems and materials, including hard lapis from Aroncaleth, a star crystal from Lapisteria, an amber crystal from Lowenanva, and a complete set of crystal scorpions—except for the stinger. Bilac, overwhelmed by the quality of these materials, discusses the possibility of crafting weapons or accessories, hinting that such high-grade gems are more suited for the latter and require the expertise of a jeweler.

Aramiys makes a dramatic entrance when summoned by Bilac, and after a series of comedic interactions, it turns out he is not the jeweler but has connections to one. Despite his initial reluctance, Bilac decides to involve Aramiys to facilitate the crafting of accessories from Sunraku's materials by the master jeweler D'Arnyaata. Later in the episode, Sunraku considers recruiting Aramiys into their group but wonders if his high level might dilute the game's challenge. However, it turns out that Cazzeria acknowledges Sunraku's achievements and is fully willing to support him.

Toward the end of the episode, Sunraku encounters a mysterious figure—the Professor, the leader of a clan who takes an interest in Sunraku's adventures and insights into the game world. Despite this interest, Sunraku decides to prioritize his immediate goals over exploring the game world with the Professor.
