Sunraku is being pursued by Animalia, who wants to find the talking rabbit Emul. After a comical betrayal by his friends, Sunraku escapes and encounters important figures: Arthur Pencilgon, Psyger-100 and Psyger-0 from the Schwarz Vulf Clan, Animalia from the SF Zoo, and the Professor from the Library.

They meet at the Serpent’s Apple Inn to discuss important matters. Psyger-100 requests information about the unique monster Lycagon, the Night Slayer, and offers Sunraku a method to remove Lycagon’s mark in exchange for his knowledge. Sunraku provides detailed information about Lycagon’s attack patterns and abilities but deliberately omits details about the secret "Vorpal Epic" scenario and the rabbit kingdom Rabituza.

The group discusses the known unique monsters, including Lycagon, Ctarnidd of the Abyss, Siegwurm the Sky Sovereign, Orchestra the Echo of Doom, and Wethermon the Gravekeeper. Impressed by Sunraku’s analysis, Psyger-100 expresses interest in future collaboration. Animalia asks for help gaining access to Rabituza. Emul suggests that her brother, King Aydward of Rabituza, might grant them access.

Meanwhile, Pencilgon sells the Professor a rare book about Wethermon for a considerable sum. The episode ends with Pencilgon proposing a clan alliance between Black Vulf, the Library, SF Zoo, and his own clan, Wolfgang.
