Sunraku, now at the peak of his power, reunites with Emul and Psyger-0, who is suffering under Lycagon's targeted attacks. Amid the chaos, Akitsuakane appears, another player Sunraku knows from previous encounters. Despite her lower level, she saves Psyger-0 with swift evasive maneuvers, showcasing her exceptional reflexes.

Ceecrue, an ally of Emul, assists the team in searching for a way to effectively damage Lycagon, as she shows no visible injuries. A special spell from Emul reveals that Lycagon does not have a purely physical form but is instead made of magic, making her vulnerable to certain attacks.

Lycagon increasingly focuses on Emul, escalating the situation, as Emul, being a non-player character, cannot be revived if defeated. Sunraku desperately tries to divert Emul's attention while Psyger-0 gathers strength for a decisive strike. Akitsuakane continues to provide support, but her spare equipment is running low, forcing the team to improvise.

Meanwhile, Sunraku's companion Suzaku drains more and more energy, adding to the time pressure. In one final coordinated effort, Psyger-0 unleashes his strongest ability while Sunraku and Emul draw Lycagon's attention.
