In this episode, Teru Momijiyama, also known as the hero Shy, is summoned by Unilord to the spaceship due to an emergency. By her side is Iko Koishikawa, who supports her before Teru departs. They are to investigate an incident at the North Pole, where a research vessel, the Dimitri, has run into trouble.

Upon their arrival at the Arctic base, Teru and Spirit, another hero, meet the Chinese hero Mianlong. They learn that the Dimitri has run aground on an ice floe and communication has been lost. The heroes set out on a rescue mission, but when they arrive, they find the sea ice in a strange formation, suggesting an unnatural event.

During the mission, Teru and the heroes encounter Tzveta, a girl without a ring, who appears to be connected to Stigma, the antagonist known for manipulating emotions. Tzveta wants to destroy the heroes to "warm herself up" and reveals that she was lured into a trap. A battle ensues, in which Teru must effectively use her powers in combat for the first time.

Mianlong employs a technique called "The Sleeping Dragon's Fist" to overpower Tzveta, who grows increasingly aggressive. Amid the chaos, they discover that Stigma has orchestrated the events and gives names to those he has manipulated, including Tzveta and Weepy-kun.

Stigma appears, gives his group the cryptic name Amarariruku, "the Dreamers," and escapes, leaving the heroes to ponder his motives and the true nature of the threat they face.

The episode ends with a personal reflection by Mianlong and Teru about their desire to save people without fighting and their shared fears of the public and interacting with it.
