Slow Loop Anime Reveals Promo Video and Premiere Date

On the official website for the TV anime of Maiko Uchino's Slow Loop manga, the second promotional video for the series was released on Monday. The page also revealed the artists for the theme songs, the key visual, three additional cast members, and the premiere date of January 7.



The promotional video shows how the characters interact with each other. The video also revealed the theme songs for the first time; the opening theme is "Yajirushi," performed by Poka Poka Aeon, a group consisting of Higashiyama Nao and Yasino Kiseno, and the ending theme is "Yajirushi," performed by "Three Infinity Loop," a group consisting of the three main cast members: Kusimin Rin as Hainagi Hiyori, Nitsuoka Natsumi as Hainagi Koharu, and Mineuchi Tomomi as Yoshinaga Koi.

The story follows Hiyori Minagi (formerly Hiyori Yamakawa), a high school girl who gains a younger stepsister when her mother remarries several years after her father's death. Hiyori is very shy, but she and her new stepsister Koharu learn to get along better through the hobby of fly fishing, a sport Hiyori picked up from her late father.

Studio Connect is producing the series. Noriaki Akitaya is directing the series, while Yuka Yamada is handling series composition.
