Solo Leveling - Episode 7

In this episode, the story begins with an employee informing Manager Woo Jinchul about a recent attack on a C-rank dungeon, where six hunters were killed, and only a D-rank hunter named Yoo Jinho and an E-rank hunter named Sung Jinwoo survived. Against all expectations, these survivors managed to defeat the dungeon's boss instead of fleeing. Sung Jinwoo's involvement is particularly notable, as he was also involved in a previous incident in a double dungeon. Additionally, there is a connection in this case to one of the deceased hunters, Hwang Dongsuk, whose brother is an S-class hunter.

Elsewhere, Sung Jinwoo returns home and talks to his sister, Sung Jinah, about his earnings from the raid. Sung Jinwoo's inner monologue reveals his thoughts about his increasing boldness and the moral implications of his actions against human opponents.

Later, Yoo Jinho contacts Sung Jinwoo and proposes that they team up to form an attack team, with the goal of Yoo Jinho becoming a guild master. Although he initially refuses, Sung Jinwoo listens as Yoo Jinho shares his ambitions of gaining practical raid experience to complement his theoretical knowledge and take over his family's construction company's planned guild. Yoo Jinho offers Sung Jinwoo a substantial financial incentive to participate in nineteen raids.

Meanwhile, Hwang Dongsoo seeks information about the survivors of the raid and plans to avenge his brother's death. At the same time, Jinwoo and Jinah go jogging, with Jinah struggling to keep up with her brother, highlighting Jinwoo's enhanced physical abilities beyond his E-rank status.

Jinwoo's completion of a daily quest that exceeds its requirements grants him access to the "Demon Castle," an S-rank dungeon. There, he encounters a terrifying gatekeeper, a Cerberus, which poses a challenge even for Jinwoo's improved abilities. After a fierce battle, during which Jinwoo briefly considers fleeing but then decides against it, he uses a potion that deals less damage to him but reduces his strength. This gamble pays off, as the negative effect is offset by another ability, allowing him to defeat the Cerberus.

After his victory, Jinwoo receives the key to the Demon Castle and the formula for the Elixir of Life, which can cure his mother's illness. However, the ingredients for the elixir are located in the perilous Demon Castle.
