Spy Classroom Light Novel Series Gets TV Anime

During the livestream of the Fantasia Bunko Online Festival 2022, it was announced that Takemachi's Spy Kyoushitsu will receive an anime adaptation. The event also revealed the main staff, cast, teaser visual, and an announcement video.

Yuichiro Umehara will take on the role of the elite spy Klaus, with Sora Amamiya by his side as Lily, one of several trainees with no prior espionage experience.

Yen Press is releasing the light novel series in English and describes the story as follows:

After a devastating military conflict, nations wage their wars in the shadows. An unconventional spy, Klaus, despite his quirks, has never failed, and he assembles a team to take on an impossible mission—one with a failure rate exceeding 90 percent.
