In Episode 26 of Spy x Family, the Forger family continues to lead a double life. Loid Forger, a spy codenamed Twilight, is married to Yor Forger, an assassin known as the Thorn Princess. They have a daughter, Anya, who is telepathic, and a dog, Bond, who can see into the future. The family is unaware of each other's true identities.

The episode begins with Yor returning home after a mission, hiding the fact that she was shot in the buttocks. Loid senses her discomfort but misinterprets it as "dissatisfaction with their marriage." Determined to set things right, he suggests they go on a date. Anya and her friend Franky decide to secretly tail them while disguised as spies.

Loid has meticulously planned the rendezvous but faces unexpected challenges. Yor, still suffering from her injury, avoids sitting down, which Loid mistakenly takes as annoyance. They visit various places like a shopping mall, a cinema, and a zoo, but Yor remains uneasy due to her wound.

Meanwhile, a surviving member of the Red Circus, an extremist group Yor recently thwarted, recognizes her at a fancy restaurant they visit. He attempts to poison her drink with pufferfish toxin. However, Yor has developed an immunity to poisons, and the toxin actually alleviates her pain. Anya, who has been spying on them with Franky, senses the danger and intervenes, prompting the Red Circus member to abandon his life of crime.

The episode ends with Yor thanking Loid for the date and asking him to invite her again when she’s uninjured. Anya and Franky, who observed everything from a distance, rush to join them as they spot a traveling amusement park.
