Anya and her friends discover that only one order is left. They decide to play Old Maid to determine who gets it. At first, Anya wins through her skill, but her friends accuse her of cheating. They play another round, and this time Anya intentionally loses to avoid suspicion of her telepathic abilities. In the end, Anya and her friends share the cake, hoping it will make them smarter.

Despite eating the pastry, Anya performs poorly on the quiz and worries about being separated from her friends due to her bad grades. She is disappointed but resolves to do better on the final exam.
