The popular light novel series "Tensei shita Daiseijo wa, Seijo de aru Koto o Hitakakusu" ("The Great Saintess Who Was Reborn Keeps Her Identity Hidden") by author Tōya is now officially being adapted into a TV anime. Initial voice actor announcements have been revealed.

The story centers on Fia Lude, a girl who desperately wants to become a knight despite her lack of talent. When Fia is severely injured in battle, she remembers her past life as an exceptionally gifted saint. Due to a threat from her past involving a follower of the Demon King, she strives to keep her identity hidden. However, her helpful nature repeatedly causes her hidden powers to surface.

Shion Wakayama has been announced as the lead voice actress for the heroine Fia. Other roles will be played by Shinnosuke Tokudome (Zabilia), Yuichiro Umehara (Savis Nerve), and Nobunaga Shimazaki (Cyril Sutherland).

To celebrate the anime adaptation, chibi, the illustrator of the original light novel, released a special illustration. Both author Tōya and chibi expressed their delight at seeing their characters brought to life in animated form. The light novel ranked 2nd in the "Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!" rankings in both 2024 and 2025. Additionally, the story has already been adapted into a manga and even has a spin-off manga version.

At the AnimeJapan 2025 event, voice actors Wakayama, Tokudome, and Umehara will appear in a presentation to share further details about the project.
