Episode 2 of "The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses" follows the school life of Komura and Mie. The episode begins with Mie struggling during lunch due to her broken glasses, but she declines Komura's offer to help her.

In the following days, Mie tries wearing contact lenses but has difficulty with them. Komura assures her that he will look out for her as long as she isn’t wearing glasses. The next day, Mie comes to school with her glasses but still has vision problems because the weather causes them to fog up. This leads to some funny incidents, including Mie failing to recognize her classmate Tokita.

Mie asks Komura for his LIME ID so she can ask him for help when she forgets her glasses. Later, she sends Komura a text to meet her at Kichijoji Station, where she tells him she lost her glasses on the train. Komura helps Mie with an outing that feels like a date to him, including a restaurant visit and a trip to an optician’s shop for Mie's new glasses.

When Mie gets her new glasses, Komura initially thinks their adventure is over. However, Mie grabs his hand, signaling that their shared adventure continues. The next day, Mie comes to school wearing a mask due to illness, and her glasses keep fogging up. The episode ends with a confused Komura pondering what Mie has done.
