In "Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta - Episode 7," the episode takes place in a school, primarily in the art room and classroom 3-B.

The episode begins in the art room, where the students are instructed to pair up and draw portraits of each other. Mie-san mentions that she (once again) forgot her glasses, making it challenging for her to draw. Nevertheless, Komura-kun is thrilled by the idea of having her portrait drawn.

Later, Mie-san forgets her glasses in class. Komura-kun notices this and, after some hesitation, decides to take them home with him over the weekend to keep them safe. He contacts Mie-san via LIME, a messaging app, to inform her. She thanks him and playfully remarks that her glasses are at his place, as if she were visiting him. This thought excites Komura-kun and leaves him restless over the weekend.

On the next school day, Mie-san approaches Komura-kun without her glasses and often leans in close to him to see everything clearly. This proximity agitates Komura-kun, especially when Mie-san recounts a past incident where her poor vision accidentally led her to kiss someone. However, she quickly clarifies that it was her father when she was still a child.

Mie-san's hair becomes a topic of conversation when another student points out that she has "bed head." Mie-san feels self-conscious and seeks comfort from Komura-kun, who tries to console her. Later, when Komura-kun mentions a sore shoulder, Mie-san offers to give him a shoulder massage, claiming she’s good at it. The massage is both relaxing and nerve-wracking for Komura-kun, especially with the thought of Mie-san touching him.

Toward the end of the episode, Mie-san writes on a note what she can do for Komura-kun, especially when she isn’t wearing her glasses. This gesture moves Komura-kun, who wishes she would write "be by his side" on the list.

The episode concludes with a preview of the next episode, where Komura-kun and Mie-san witness a confession involving another student, Azuma-kun.
