The light novel series "Sweet Reincarnation" by Nozomu Koryu, blending fantasy, culinary arts, and reincarnation, is receiving an update. The official website of the series recently announced the premiere date for the TV anime adaptation and released a second promotional video. The anime will debut on July 3.

Alongside the broadcast date, details about the series' theme songs were also revealed. The talented sana from sajou no hana will perform the opening theme song "Brand New Day," while YuNi will treat fans to the ending theme song "Fūmizekka" (Delicious Taste). The anime features Ayumu Murase as Pastry Mille Morteln, Natsumi Fujiwara as Marcarullo Dorova, and Maaya Uchida as Ruminiito Aidilichpa, among others.

In the manga adaptation of the novels by Seriko Iida, the protagonist is a 9-year-old boy named Pastry Mille Morteln.
