Sword Art Online: Extra Edition

Aniplex announced at the Anime Festival Asia 2013 that Sword Art Online: Extra Edition, which is set for the winter season 2013/2014, will be streamed worldwide. The premiere will take place in Japan on December 31, 2013, at 10:00 PM on Tokyo MX TV, BS11, and Niconico. Immediately afterward, the special will air at midnight Japanese time in English-speaking countries on Crunchyroll and Daisuki, in Korea on Aniplus, in China on LeTV, and in France on Wakanim. The special will also be made available by Daisuki in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Italian-, German-, and Russian-speaking regions, as well as the Middle East. The special itself is expected to run for 2 hours.
