The anime adaptation of the manga Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) by Maybe has officially announced its release date for January 2024. The production team has also released character videos and visuals for the two main characters, Satō and Hime. In the future, new character material is planned to be released weekly.





The main cast for the anime has already been announced:

- Gen Sato voices the character Satō.
- Akari Kitō provides the voice for the character Hime.
- Miyuri Shimabukuro will portray Nephrites, the princess of the Wind Kingdom Romka.
- Hitomi Ueda is the voice of Granart, the princess of the Fire Kingdom Needakitta.
- Ai Kakuma voices Sapphire, the princess of the Water Kingdom Maasa.
- Mikako Komatsu will play Amber, the princess of the Earth Kingdom Idonokan.

The anime is directed by Takashi Naoya and produced by Staple Entertainment. The series scripts are supervised by Deko Akao, while the character designs are by Saori Nakashiki.

The manga's story revolves around Satō and his childhood friend Hime. After Hime mysteriously disappears, Satō follows her into a fantasy world, where they marry and he becomes the Ring King, embarking on various adventures.
