In Episode 6 of "Tales of Wedding Rings," the story begins with Satou waking up to find Nef in his bed, reassuring him about his quest for the rings and emphasizing that official recognition from Granart is unnecessary.

Satou is determined to earn Granart's respect through battle rather than diplomacy and challenges her to a duel. However, the fight is interrupted by an Abyss Knight. As the battle escalates, Satou sees an opportunity to prove his worth beyond the marital alliance by aiding Granart against the knight using the Wind Ring. Through his intervention, Granart gains the upper hand, and together they defeat the enemy.

After the immediate threat is neutralized, Granart acknowledges Satou's bravery and views him in a new light. Satou, eager to impress Hime, insists on continuing the duel. Encouraged by Nef and driven by a personal promise to Hime, Satou unexpectedly receives aid from the spirits within the rings. This newfound support grants him a brief advantage, allowing him to defeat Granart, who reacts with a mix of dejection and admiration and promptly suggests starting a family.

The next day, amid playful skirmishes with Nef and Granart, Satou must grapple with the aftermath of his actions and the anticipation of a banquet held in his honor.
