In the anime adaptation of the work "Teino Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi" by Aya Hirakawa, another main character was announced. It concerns the character Yotome Sakura, whose role is taken over by the voice actress Fuka Izumi.

The character Yotome Sakura presents herself as a self-proclaimed eternal rival of the protagonist Miwa. She attends the first grade of high school and is simultaneously a professional shogi player. Her career is marked by intense training, through which she has worked her way up to title matches. Her first appearance in the plot is planned for the tenth episode of the series.

On the occasion of the broadcast of the ninth episode, an official illustration titled "Memories of the Amusement Park" was also released. The plot of the series focuses on the three sisters of the Teino family and their unexpectedly accessible everyday life.
