Television adaptation of "Arnes Akten" starts in January 2026

The production of an anime series based on "Arne's Files" has been confirmed, with a planned start in January 2026. First insights into the project and the core members of the production team are now available.

The series is based on the template of a mystery game originally released in November 2017 by the development team Harumurasaki on the platform Game Magazine. The plot follows Arne Nointer, a detective known as a legendary vampire, and her partner Rin Reinweis, a noblewoman with a passionate interest in vampires. Together, they investigate mysterious incidents in the town of Rügenberg, inhabited by supernatural beings, blending classic mystery elements with gothic fantasy. The released teaser material offers brief glimpses, including silhouettes of the characters and a villa.

The direction is handled by Keisuke Inoue, known for his work on the series "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!". Character design is handled by Akiko Sato, whose works include "A Condition Called Love". The musical accompaniment is provided by Keimasa Fujisawa, composer for the "Love Live!" series. The animation work is carried out by Studio SILVER LINK., known for its work on the "My Next Life as a Villainess" projects.
