The upcoming TV anime "Tensei Shitara Dai Nana Ouji Dattanode, Kimamani Majutsu O Kiwamemasu" ("I was reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I will perfect my magic as I please") has officially announced April as its premiere month. Alongside this announcement, additional cast members, casting details, a key visual, and the main promotional video have been released.

Based on the novel by Humble Circle, the story revolves around a magician who, after a tragic death without any magical talent, is reborn as Lloyd, the seventh prince of the Kingdom of Saloom, known for its powerful magical lineage. Lloyd embarks on a journey to master magic and encounters various allies along the way. A manga adaptation expanding the universe is also being serialized by Magazine Pocket.

The anime production is helmed by Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab, with Makoto Koichi voicing Lloyd and Ai Fairouz as his confidant Grimo. Among the newly announced cast members are Lynn as Lloyd’s teacher Silfa, Akiya Sekine as Tao, an adventurer specializing in Qi techniques, and Rie Takahashi as Len, a poison expert from the Assassins' Guild. Akio Otsuka also appears as Grimoire, Grimo’s form before his transformation.

Naoki Totsuka is in charge of the series composition and script, while Seiji Nishikori serves as the character designer and chief animation director. Music production is handled by Lantis, with the opening theme "Kyunrious" by Kaede Higuchi and the ending theme "Happy's Secret" by Akane Kumada.

The main promotional video offers a glimpse into the anime, featuring the opening theme and introducing the characters and their voice actors.
