“That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” starts its third season in April!

The third season of the popular TV anime "Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken" (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime) will air from April 2024 in two consecutive seasons. This was announced at the series' first major event, "Tensura 10th Live," held on December 16, 2023, at the Mori no Hall 21 in Chiba.

A special program titled "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: A 10-Year Journey and the Irresistible Charm! Special Program for the Upcoming Third Season" will air on Nippon TV on January 30, 2024. The special aims to recap the series' decade-long journey and build excitement for the upcoming season.

STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION will perform the opening song for the third season. They expressed that it is an honor and a great joy to be involved in the music for "Tensura" once again and invited fans to look forward to both the anime and the music starting in April.

The series follows the story of Satoru Mikami, a corporate worker who is reincarnated as a slime in a fantasy world after being fatally stabbed. The first season aired in 2018, and the second in 2021. Additionally, "The Dream of Koriuss," a story set between the first and second seasons, was released in November of this year.
