In Episode 63, Rimuru prepares for the grand festival, which draws Milim's attention as she feels left out and wants to join in. Rimuru assigns Milim the task of gathering various dragons for the dungeon. Milim succeeds in capturing an earth dragon, a wind dragon, an ice dragon, and a fire dragon, and with Veldora's help, she strengthens the dungeon's defenses. Meanwhile, Mjöllmile arrives to assist with the festival's organization and impresses everyone with his dedication.

The preparations continue, and Rimuru receives representatives from various species of the Great Jura Forest. They wish to pledge their loyalty to the new Demon Lord Rimuru and gauge his strength. Rimuru's leadership is put to the test when tensions arise between the Bovoids and the Equinoids, two powerful species.

This episode also introduces three new characters: Daggra, Liura, and Chonkra, the sons of the Demon Lord Daggrull. They challenge Rimuru but are ultimately assigned to train under Shion. The formal audience proceeds smoothly, and the elves express their gratitude for Rimuru's intervention in the forest conflicts and seek his protection.
