In episode 19, the narrative begins with Rei watching surveillance footage of Hinako before discussing with Isaki his intention to exploit the weaknesses of today's youth. Meanwhile, at work, Fable is tasked with designing flyers for Christmas events, with the promise of a raise if he succeeds. Kainuma, jealous of Fable's favorable treatment, plots an attack against him but retreats to a park after a failed attempt.

Fable asks Yoko for information about Santa Claus, leading to an emotional conversation where they share details from their childhoods. Yoko reveals her grief over losing her parents, while Fable discloses that he never knew his own parents and was raised by Fable Two.

The next day, Fable finishes his Christmas drawings and delivers packages to Rei's agency, where an encounter with Hinako and Rei creates tension. Hinako accuses Fable of being a pervert, but he defends himself. Rei subtly probes Fable about his reaction to potential threats against Misaki and Kainuma.

Later, Fable tells Yoko about his latest assassination attempt, involving Rei, Suzuki, and Hinako. Yoko warns Fable against getting involved with them, fearing Fable Two's disapproval. At the same time, Rei tells Suzuki that he survived one of Fable's assassination contracts.

As the episode progresses, Rei arranges a meeting with Kainuma's mother. In the park, Hinako awaits Fable's arrival, while Kainuma and his mother prepare for their meeting with Rei. The episode ends with Rei questioning Kainuma about his interest in women, particularly Misaki, leaving Kainuma visibly unsettled.
