The anime adaptation of Broccoli Lion's novel series The Great Cleric - The Path a Salaryman Must Take to Survive in a Fantasy World - recently revealed the names of the new cast members for the upcoming "Labyrinth Conquest Arc." This arc will begin with the seventh episode of the series.
The new cast members for the anime include:
- Eriko Matsui as the Pope
- Yōko Hikasa as Cattleya
- Masaki Terasoma as Granhart
- Kentarō Kumagai as Geordo
The anime The Great Cleric, set to air in Japan starting July 6, follows an ordinary salaryman who narrowly escapes death and finds himself in a fantastical realm. There, he discovers his new calling as a skilled healer. The original story was serialized by Broccoli Lion starting October 2015 on the website "Shōsetsuka ni Narō" and was later adapted into a printed novel series with illustrations by Sime by Micro Magazine in August 2016.
