Notable in this cast reveal is Keiko Kitagawa, who will voice the character of Sailor Cosmos. This news holds special significance, as Kitagawa returns to the Sailor Moon universe twenty years after her debut as Sailor Mars/Rei Hino in the 2003 live-action TV series.

The core story of the second film is further enriched by a lineup of prominent Japanese actors lending their voices to various characters. Saori Hayami, Marina Inoue, and Ayane Sakura have been entrusted with bringing to life Taiki Kō/Sailor Star Maker, Seiya Kō/Sailor Star Fighter, and Yaten Kō/Sailor Star Healer, respectively.

Rounding out the film's cast are Nana Mizuki, Megumi Hayashibara, and Kotono Mitsuishi, who will portray Princess Kakyū, Sailor Galaxia, and Chibi Chibi. Mitsuishi, well-known to Sailor Moon fans, will reprise her role as Chibi Chibi from previous adaptations alongside her role as Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon.

On the production side, we find the names of seasoned creators such as Tomoya Takahashi and Kazuyuki Fudeyasu. Takahashi directs both parts of the film project under the banner of Toei Animation, while Fudeyasu, known for his impressive portfolio, is responsible for writing the scripts.
