After Snow annihilates the last monsters near the Ghost Realm, she looks forward to reuniting with her master, Shin. At the same time, under Wilhelm's guidance, Lacia learns the ability "Purify" through rigorous training. But her triumph is short-lived when a terrifying Skull Lord appears, breaks the seal, and unleashes a horde of monsters upon them.

As the threat escalates, Shin decides to sacrifice his escape and confront the danger head-on by activating his "Limit Off" ability to dramatically boost his power. Together with Snow, they execute a mighty attack called "Sanctuary," defeating the Skull Lord and his minions.

After the battle, the episode takes time to explore the backgrounds and motivations of the characters. The conversation between Shin and Snow offers glimpses into their past from 500 years ago.

The final part of the episode focuses on William and Lacy's narrow escape from another monster, thanks to the timely intervention of Shin and Snow. This episode leads Rionne and the knights to an investigation where they discover a sword engraved with a falcon, hinting at a connection to a legendary blacksmith and High Human.
