The Rising of the Shield Hero S4 - Episode 7 "Arrival in Q'ten Lo"

In this episode, Naofumi infiltrates Q'ten Lo disguised with Raphtalia, Sadeena, and Gaelion and discovers a society ruled by strict laws where killing living beings – including monsters – is forbidden and the citizens suffer under high taxes. While rescuing a boy from a monster, they are confronted by magistrates but can repel them through Gaelion's status as a servant of the water dragon. Subsequently, they are contacted by Luminus, the son of mayor Raluva, who asks them for help in a revolution against the tyrannical emperor.

Raluva reveals that Raphtalia's father had to leave the country because he rejected the emperor's policies and fell victim to a plot. The group agrees on an alliance to deactivate the barrier and overthrow the emperor. Raphtalia is proclaimed the true empress and leads the rebels in a battle against the imperial troops to the lighthouse, where they encounter the emperor Bearga.

Bearga uses a Sakura Emperor Stone that weakens the heroes' powers, but with the help of the blacksmith Muramasa – Elhart's master – Naofumi manages to neutralize this effect. Through the combined strength of Gaelion's dragon powers and Raphtalia's attack, Bearga is defeated, the barrier is deactivated, and the return of the remaining group is enabled. The episode ends with the reunion of all companions and the arrival of S'yne, who teleported herself.
