The Rising of the Shield Hero S4 - Episode 8 "Orochi"

In this episode, Naofumi plans with Raluva the conquest of the old capital of Q'ten Lo to install Raphtalia as the true empress and strengthen the revolutionary movement. During the preparations, however, the group is attacked by the revived snake Orochi, a monstrous being with eight heads that was unsealed by the current government and enhanced with blessings and Sakura Emperor Stones.

Naofumi recognizes that the Orochi poses a threat to the population and at the same time offers an opportunity to win the support of the citizens if Raphtalia defeats the monster. With strategic coordination, the group uses Naofumi's Sakura Sphere of Influence to neutralize the monster's protection and simultaneously attacks to destroy all heads.

During the battle, it turns out that the Orochi possesses a core that keeps it alive and that its true form is hidden in an underground area. Naofumi activates Sadeena's Beast Transformation, which grants her additional powers and allows her to contribute decisively to the defeat of the Orochi. After the victory, they discover that the Orochi's core is a cursed sword, Ama-no-Murakumo, which is securely kept by Muramasa.

The episode ends with Naofumi's plan to use the victory over the Orochi to strengthen the revolutionary movement and present Raphtalia as a symbol of hope, while at the same time the political tensions with the government of Q'ten Lo continue to escalate.
