Kadokawa has revealed a new image and an October release date for the second season of the TV anime adaptation of the light novel series "The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent" by Yuka Tachibana and Yasuyuki Syuri.

Several key figures from the first season are returning for this continuation, including much of the main cast and staff. However, there are also some changes in the team. Scott MacDonald is taking over as art director, replacing Tomoyasu Hosoi. Additionally, Katsuhiro Kawano has been assigned the role of music producer, a position separate from that of returning staff member Aira Yūki, who continues to be credited as "music producer."

In "The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent," the protagonist Sei, a 20-year-old office worker, is transported to an entirely new world. A summoning ritual meant to bring forth a "Saint" to dispel dark magic ends up summoning not only Sei but also another girl. The populace favors the other girl, so Sei leaves the royal palace and opens a shop for potions and cosmetics, using her magical abilities. This unconventional life proves successful for Sei—as long as her supposed saintliness doesn't cause any problems.
