The Snow White Notes Anime reveals more information and premieres on April 2nd

The March issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine and the official website for the TV anime of Marimo Ragawa's manga Those Snow White Notes (Mashiro no Oto) revealed new cast members, the artists for the theme songs, a new visual, a 30-second commercial, and the premiere date of April 2.

The anime will premiere on April 2 on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS' "Animeism" block.

Burnout Syndromes will perform the two opening theme songs "Blizzard" and "Ginsekai" (Silver World) for the anime. Miriya Katou and The Yoshida Brothers will sing the ending theme song "Kono Yume ga Sameru Made" (Until I Wake From Dreaming).

Kodansha Comics describes the story as follows:

When Setsu's grandfather dies, Setsu's "sound" dies too—his unique creative spark. In his grief, he heads to Tokyo to find himself... but he manages to literally get lost on his first day. Only a chance encounter with Yuna—aka Yuka, the hostess—saves him from being robbed. At first glance, their lives seem completely different, but they both strive for their dreams—hers to become an actress, and his to develop his talent with the shamisen—and it might be that life in the loud, emotionless metropolis of Tokyo is just what ties their destinies together...
