The musical contributions for the upcoming anime series DIGIMON BEATBREAK (English title) have been officially confirmed. The Opening Theme is titled "Mad Pulse" and is performed by the group MADKID. The Ending Song "beat up" by Ai Tomioka (冨岡愛) is responsible for the closing credits.

Coinciding with the announcement of the theme songs, a new group visual of the main characters was also released, showing the team Golden Dawn.

DIGIMON BEATBREAK is set in a world where the energy source "e-Pulse", which originates from human thoughts and emotions, powers AI support devices called "Sapotama". Dangerous monsters, the so-called Digimon, appear from this technology, which feed on and evolve by consuming the e-Pulse.

The protagonist Tomoro Tenma (天馬トモロウ) advances into an unusual world through the unexpected encounter with the Digimon Gekkomon (ゲッコーモン), which emerges from his Sapotama. He joins the team Golden Dawn, a group that works as bounty hunters under the leadership of Kyo Sawashiro (沢城キョウ).

About the Songs and Artists

MADKID describes their opener "Mad Pulse" as a song that captures and thematizes the personal "Groove" of each individual in a constantly changing world. They hope the song can become a kind of musical partner for the viewers.

Ai Tomioka composed the Ending Song "beat up" specifically for the anime series. The song is meant to remind listeners to listen to their own "beat of the soul" in difficult moments and to follow the path one believes in.

The digital release of "beat up" is planned for October 1, 2025, while "Mad Pulse" will be available from October 5, 2025.
