"There's Mio on the Floor Below": Promo video of the protagonist Sara released

A new promo video for the TV anime series "There's Mio on the Floor Below," based on the original work by Min Son-ah, has been released. The video focuses on the heroine Sara Mikuni.

Sara is an older woman whom the protagonist Haru Sugiura meets at a group date. The video traces Sara's journey, starting with her breakup after a one-year relationship that makes her believe she can never fall in love again. It then shows her preparing for the group date, meeting Haru, and gradually feeling drawn to him. The video captures Sara's emotional highs and lows. Voice actress Ai Numakura, who lends her voice to Sara, emphasizes that despite Sara's fashionable and outgoing appearance, she has a pure and honest side, creating an appealing contrast. Keisuke Kawamoto, who voices Haru, has also shared his thoughts.

"There's Mio on the Floor Below" premieres on July 3. The story revolves around university student Haru Sugiura and his interactions with his high school crush Shinju, former idol Mio who lives in the same dorm, and Sara, whom he meets at a group date. The anime is based on a Korean webtoon and has been adapted into an anime in China. A drama adaptation titled "Lee Doona!" is available on Netflix. The version airing in Japan is the Japanese dub of the Chinese anime. The three heroines are voiced by Ai Numakura (Sara), Maaya Sakamoto (Mio), and Rumi Okubo (Shinju).
