The TV anime adaptation of Kamome Shirahama's fantasy manga "Witch Hat Atelier" (Japanese title: "Tongari Boushi no Atelier") has received another ending song. Following the broadcast of the eighth episode on May 25, singer-songwriter Nakamura Hak released the anime music video for her track "Hikari" (Light). The video combines scenes from the series with lip-synced vocals, blending the lyrical world of the song with the series' storyline.

Nakamura Hak is a still-young artist known for her raw, unedited recordings—just voice and an acoustic guitar. For "Witch Hat Atelier," she contributes three different ending songs, which is unusual for a single series. In addition to "Hikari," these are "Tada Utsukushii Noroi" (Just a Beautiful Curse) and "Yoru ni Ukabu" (Floating in the Night). All three tracks are compiled on the first CD single "Tada Utsukushii Noroi," set for release on June 10. The cover artwork was created by manga author Kamome Shirahama herself.

On May 29 at 8:00 PM (JST), Nakamura Hak will hold her first online concert titled "TOKYO NODE × maximum10 presents / Unplugged Live," which will be streamed for free on YouTube.

The anime series "Witch Hat Atelier" has been airing since April 6 on TOKYO MX and other channels, and is available on platforms such as Netflix and Crunchyroll. Episode 8 was titled "The Concerns of the Magic Guardians." The opening theme is "Kaze no Anthem" by Eve feat. suis (Yorushika). An in-depth interview with director Ayumu Watanabe is also available online.
