Third episode image for Clevatess – The King of Beasts, the Child and the Dead Heroes released – Short story by Yuji Iwahara accompanies the reveal

For the anime series Clevatess – Majū no Ō to Akago to Shikabane no Yūsha (Clevatess – The King of Beasts, the Child, and the Dead Heroes), based on the work by Yuji Iwahara, the third so-called episode image has been released. Accompanying this, a new short story, also written by the original author, has been published.

The current motif depicts a moment of particular drama: The thirteen chosen heroes are about to confront the Beast King Clevatess. It is one of the central key scenes of the series, in which the fate of the world is to be decided.

The story of the series begins with the failure of the heroes, who were considered invincible, and their defeat not only means their own end but also triggers a wave of destruction. Ironically, the feared Beast King is tasked with preserving the last hope of the world – a newborn child entrusted to him.

In addition to the visual preview and the narrative, it was announced that the anime will air starting in July on a total of 27 stations across Japan, including TOKYO MX. The series combines classic fantasy with existential questions about responsibility, failure, and an unexpected new beginning.
