The episode begins with flashbacks to Sheng (Little Johnny’s father) and his wife Achoo. After Achoo’s death, Sheng retires as a salvation hero and moves to the mountains with Little Johnny. There, they adopt Big Johnny – an alien infant whom Sheng found during a mission. Their idyllic country life is disrupted by suspicious villagers who consider Big Johnny an "evil being".

The current top hero Vortex (Title X) unexpectedly visits Sheng and demands his return to heroism. Sheng refuses, prompting Vortex to subtly threaten "consequences for your child." Shortly after, Little Johnny discovers comics about Sheng’s past heroic deeds through village children. Upon his return, he finds Sheng severely wounded and suspects Vortex.

When villagers attack Big Johnny, he transforms into a threatening creature. In this chaos, Vortex reappears – not to help, but to subdue Big Johnny with his powers and hand him over "to the commission for research." The episode ends with this confrontation between Vortex, Little Johnny, and the transformed creature.
