The final episode focuses on revealing the true identity and motives of the mysterious hero X immediately before the start of the 21st Hero Tournament.

Initial situation and threat: X, who lives as a simple employee at FOMO, is visited by the dog herder Ahu. Ahu was tasked by the powers of the hero world, including the Hero Commission and the major agencies, with eliminating X. Their goal is to prevent X from winning the tournament and transforming into an uncontrollable deity through a fourth victory, similar to Zero once did.

Confrontation and allies: Even during the conversation between X and Ahu, X's apartment is stormed by a group of assassins sent by the various power blocs. X effortlessly repels the attacks, altering reality by merely snapping his fingers and neutralizing his opponents. Ahu realizes that X is not the true threat and ultimately allies with him against their common enemies.

Revelation of the true history: X takes Ahu to a secret location and reveals to him the true history of Zero and the founding of the Hero Commission. He explains that Zero did not accidentally become a monster, but intentionally killed heroes who opposed his visionary world order. The official account of the "Downfall" event was manipulated by the Commission to control the population. X reveals that Zero never truly died and that his legacy is being carried on by figures like Uncle Rock.

Decision and finale: Instead of withdrawing as hoped by the Commission, X decides to defy fate. He appears at the opening of the Hero Tournament, but not in his usual disguise as X, but in his civilian identity. With this step, he removes himself from the Commission's control and directly confronts the public with his true identity. Among the tournament participants, the resurrected Nice and Lin Ling (The Commoner) are also seen.
