After the fire in the orphanage, Cyan flees while Luo remains severely injured. Cyan vows to return for him but must first survive in the anonymous big city. Her luck ability continues to attract believers who worship her as the "Holy Virgin," putting her in danger. The talent company DOS discovers Cyan and offers her a hero contract as "Lucky Cyan" – on the condition that she helps find Luo.

In parallel, it is revealed that Dean is holding Luo captive and informs him about Cyan's rise to manipulate him. Luo learns that Dean's true goal is to control Cyan's trust value to return as a hero himself. Meanwhile, DOS capitalizes on Cyan's popularity: her first song "My Color" (originally composed by Luo) is marketed, and she rises to become a celebrated singer.
