The anime series "To Your Eternity" has been confirmed for a third season, as announced by the series' official Twitter account. The next season will be based on the "This World" story arc and will continue Fushi's journey. The announcement was made after the broadcast of the 20th and final episode of the second season on NHK Educational on March 12.

"To Your Eternity" is based on a manga by Yoshitoki Ōima, the creator of "A Silent Voice." The story follows a lonely boy who encounters a wolf in the Arctic regions of North America, befriends it, and relies on each other for survival. The manga won the award for best shōnen manga at the 43rd Annual Kodansha Manga Awards in May 2019 and was included in the American Library Association's 2019 Great Graphic Novels for Teens list.
