Tower of God S2 - Episode 20

In Episode 20, Rak joyfully discovers that Viole (Bam) is still alive and insists on rescuing him. However, Viole, bound by his obligations to FUG, refuses to escape. Endorsi helps him temporarily flee and secures a promise for a future meeting. Meanwhile, Goseng confesses to Horyang that she regrets wanting to give up during the test. Horyang reveals that he met Dr. Sophia, who continued researching Living Ignition Weapons. This makes him question his memories and their authenticity. He decides to return to his friends after the tournament.

The team tournament of the Workshop Battle begins: Team Mad Dog faces off against Team FUG, while other teams participate in the development tournament. Khun and Wangnan devise a strategy to avoid direct confrontations and plan to summon allies like Quaetro Blitz and Rak. Viole learns more from Reflejo about Baragav, a powerful "Mad Dog" created through Yama's blood binding. To prevent casualties, Viole decides to confront Baragav alone.

In the development tournament, Khun and Wangnan face opponents with special abilities. Through tactical skill, they manage to outwit them. Beta seeks out Viole and reveals FUG's plan to kill his friends during his battle with the "Mad Dog." He hands Viole a key to the Thorn weapon and urges him to uncover the truth about the Workshop Battle and reunite with his companions.

Viole learns that the Thorn weapon is an Ignition Weapon linked to Enryu, an Irregular who once killed a Tower Administrator. FUG plans to use Viole to activate the Thorn and kill King Jahad. Meanwhile, Novick and Horyang realize they have been deceived by FUG and the "Mad Dog." They escape with the help of Yuto, who asks for their support. Khun's team advances to the next round of the tournament but remains worried about Viole.

The episode ends with Viole facing the Thorn weapon, realizing the truth about FUG's intentions, and grappling with the fact that he himself is the main prize of the Workshop Battle.
