Tower of God S2 - Episode 25

In Episode 25, Cassano reveals the dark history behind Emily. He explains that researchers collaborating with FUG successfully developed Ignition Weapons by transforming humans into such weapons and dissolving existing Ignition Weapons. Although the original plan was to eliminate all test subjects, one researcher resisted, allowing Emily to survive in a container. Later, however, Emily was betrayed by Cassano and the Workshop Battle hosts, who locked her in a massive tank to exploit her for their research on controlling the Tower's inhabitants. To finance their operations, they formed an alliance with a merchant group that interfered in the Workshop Battle and facilitated Emily's secret transport using a hyper-compressed container.

Parallel to this, Aguero and Rak devise a plan to defeat their opponent with a spear. This leads to a fierce battle with Reflejo, who seeks to claim the Thorn's power for himself. The conflict escalates as Viole and other characters confront Reflejo and question his motives. Amid the chaos, Xia Xia helps locate the hostages, triggering a race against time to ensure their rescue. Meanwhile, Endorsi struggles with her Bongbong device, which is critical for her escape, while tensions over loyalty and betrayal arise among the characters.

Later in the episode, Lero Ro intervenes to save his students and exposes the atrocities by hacking the Tower's security cameras and making the events public. Reflejo's desperate attempt to change the Tower leads to a final showdown, culminating in the impending destruction of the area. Wangnan steps forward, vowing to join forces with Viole to defeat FUG and reform the Tower. The episode ends with Reflejo's defeat, the characters preparing to escape via an airship, and the promise of further confrontations as they fight for justice within the Tower.
