Tsuyokute New Saga light novels are getting an anime in July

With the release of a promotional trailer, production company ABC Animation announced on Wednesday that the novel series Tsuyokute New Saga will receive an anime adaptation, set to premiere in July 2023. Additionally, the first footage for the anime was released, and the voice actors and production team were introduced.



The voice cast is as follows:

- Yūma Uchida as Kyle

- Hiro Shimono as Seran

- Fairouz Ai as Lise

- Asami Seto as Urza

- Minami Takahashi as Sildonia

Tsuyokute New Saga is a series of light novels written by Masayuki Abe and illustrated by Ryuuta Fuse. They were published by AlphaPolis from March 2013 to June 2018 and consist of 10 volumes in total. The same publisher has also released a manga adaptation with illustrations by Jun Miura since 2014.

After a fierce battle, the magical swordsman Kyle finally kills the Demon Lord, though he is severely wounded in the fight. On the verge of death, Kyle approaches a relic possessed by the Demon Lord, which sends him back in time. After recovering from the initial shock, he decides to use this opportunity to avoid repeating the same mistakes of the past and grow stronger.
