The TV anime adaptation of "The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World," based on the original work by Hifumi Asakura and illustrated by Umi Haru, has been announced for 2025. The series tells the story of Kenichi, a single man in his forties who is suddenly transported to another world. As he traverses the dangerous forests of this new world, he discovers that he can still access the online shopping sites of modern Japan. With this newfound ability, Kenichi begins his new life in the other world.

The manga adaptation of the series is currently being serialized in Square Enix's Monthly G Fantasy, with seven volumes released so far. The original light novel series, published by SB Creative, consists of three volumes.
