The TV anime adaptation of "Neet Kunoichi and Why We Started Living Together," originally created by Koryu and Yagido Mato, will premiere in January 2025. Along with this announcement, additional cast members and the first key visual have been revealed.

Neet Kunoichi and Why We Started Living Together is a romantic comedy that follows the cohabitation of Tsukasa Atsumi, an ordinary office worker, and Shizuri Ideura, the strongest yet laziest ninja and gaming enthusiast. The newly announced voice actors include Ai Fairouz as Ayame Momochi, Saya Aizawa as Hina Izumi, and Hina Kino as Kanna Natsumi. The first key visual depicts Shizuri, Ayame, Hina, and Kanna mid-air, showcasing their ninja-like agility.

The anime is directed by Hisashi Saito, with series composition by Takashi Aoshima, character design by Masahiko Suzuki, and animation production by Quad. The main roles are voiced by Hinaki Yano as Shizuri and Shoya Ishige as Tsukasa, with narration by Shigeru Chiba.
