The cult comedy series "Gag Manga Biyori" by Kōsuke Masuda is making a comeback: "Gag Manga Biyori GO" will premiere on April 7, 2024, on Kids Station and other CS channels. A main trailer, new voice actors, and a VTuber collaboration have been revealed.

The main trailer showcases the series' signature over-the-top humor, including new characters such as:

- Tachibana Kitaeda (voiced by Kenshō Ono): An eccentric newcomer.

- Prince Shōtoku (voiced by Gō Maeda), Kawai Sora, and Matsuo Bashō (voiced by Rei Naitō): Historical figures in absurd roles.

Classic characters like Ono no Imoko (voiced by Eiji Takemoto) and Usami-chan (voiced by Narumi Satō) are also returning.

- Opening theme: "Bokutachi no Gag Manga Biyori" by Yūji Ueda, lyrics by Masuda himself.

- Ending theme: "Happy Go Go Lucky Ending" by Tetsuya Kanmuri.

Both songs were composed by Harukichi Yamamoto, who also handled the music for the previous series.
