The TV anime adaptation of Isshun de Chiryō Shiteita no ni Yakutatazu to Tsuihō Sareta Tensai Chiyushi, Yami Healer to Shite Tanoshiku Ikiru (The Genius Healer Who Was Banished for Being Useless Despite Instant Healing and Now Lives Happily as a Dark Healer) will premiere in April 2025. The announcement included a teaser visual, a teaser video, and details about the main cast and production team.

This fantasy series follows the story of Zenos, a brilliant yet unlicensed healer who runs a humble clinic in a slum district. The teaser visual features Zenos alongside Lili, an elf girl, and Carmilla, a wraith and leader of the undead. The teaser video showcases scenes of Zenos practicing his healing arts and glimpses into his past, which led to his expulsion from an adventurer party.

The main cast includes Shōgo Sakata as Zenos, Miharu Hanai as Lili, and Yōko Hikasa as Carmilla. Yuzuru Yoshizaki directs the series, Harumi Fuuki composes the music, and Studio Makaria handles the animation.
