The popular fantasy light novel "Ansatsusha de Aru Ore no Status ga Yūsha yori mo Akiraka ni Tsuyoi no da ga" (abbreviated as "Stetsuyo") by Matsuri Akai is receiving an anime adaptation, set to air starting October 2024. Produced by the renowned studio Sunrise ("Gundam," "Code Geass"), the teaser visual, first PV, cast, and production team have now been officially revealed.

The story follows Oda Akira, a high school student who is summoned to a fantasy world. While his classmates are assigned powerful roles like "Hero" or "Mage," Akira is designated as an "Assassin" with seemingly weak abilities. However, it soon becomes clear: his status values surpass even those of the Hero! When Akira uncovers a conspiracy by the king, he is falsely accused and exiled from the kingdom. On the run, he encounters Amelia, a mysterious elven woman, in the deepest dungeon and begins a new fight for justice.
