In Episode 11 of "Undead Girl Murder Farce" titled "Where the Wolves Dwell," the story takes place in Wolphinhel, a remote village of werewolves. Shizuku Hasei, a human, finds herself in this village after being rescued by Nora, a young werewolf. Nora, along with her friends Kaya and Vera, takes care of Shizuku, who is initially unconscious.

When she wakes up, Shizuku learns that she is in a village of werewolves and that the village is plagued by a series of murders targeting young girls. The villagers are distrustful of Shizuku, especially since she was found with a silver rifle—a weapon that can harm werewolves. Despite the tension, Nora believes Shizuku is not behind the murders, as her rifle does not match the shotgun used in the killings.

Shizuku offers the assistance of her master, Lady Aya Rindo, to solve the murders. However, the villagers are reluctant to trust outsiders. During a village meeting, a gunshot is heard, and Nora is found dead, further intensifying suspicion against Shizuku.

The villagers erect a "Sheep Scaffold," a mechanism to judge Shizuku's truthfulness, overseen by Grandma Regi, the village mayor. Shizuku attempts to analyze the crime scene where Nora was found, but her efforts yield no new insights, leading to growing distrust among the villagers.

Just as the villagers are about to declare Shizuku guilty, a new character, Alice, interrupts the proceedings. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, leaving the viewer in suspense about Alice's role and whether Shizuku can prove her innocence.
