The episode begins with Victor, a member of the banquet, confronting Aleister and Carmilla about their late arrival. Victor has been tasked with finding the werewolf village and demands Tsugaru reveal its location in exchange for a diamond as collateral.

Meanwhile, Vera and Lady Aya lead Shizuku to the werewolf village of Wolphinhel. They reunite with Shizuku, who has been conducting investigations in the village. Lady Aya and Vera provide Shizuku with her belongings. Shizuku reveals that she has been investigating a strange smell emanating from the prison.

Shizuku and Tsugaru then venture underground to examine a crime scene. They discover that the victims were shot there before being dragged to the surface. They find a shotgun, which turns out to have been stolen by a man named Gustav. Additionally, markings on the wall in the underground area suggest a tally of days.

The episode takes a turn when Louise's corpse is discovered. Louise's parents, Deborah and Bernt, confess that they abandoned her in the woods as a child because they considered her a burden. Louise was rescued by Jutte, another werewolf, and returned to the village. It is revealed that Louise had exposed Jutte's secret to the village.

Back in Wolphinhel, the village comes under attack from multiple directions. Tsugaru takes out some of the assailants, while Shizuku is tasked by Lady Aya with rescuing Kaya, who is in the weaving workshop. The episode ends with Shizuku finding Kaya and declaring that everything has been resolved.
